CARDING MILL VALLEY

Carding Mill Valley lies behind the small market town of Church Stretton, and is the most popular tourist destination in the Shropshire Hills. It is the headquarters of the Shropshire Hills National Trust. The valley is well supplied with car parks, and is the starting point for some excellent hiking trails across the Hill for walkers of varying abilities. Light Spout Waterfall is a moderately easy one-hour walk from the car park.
